Accessing 360 Monitoring
Clients can log in to the 360 Monitoring dashboard from the Client Area.
There is no separate Admin Area access to clients' 360 Monitoring panels. To access 360 Monitoring on behalf of a client, click Login as Owner in the client's profile's Summary tab and follow the steps below.
Access 360 Monitoring
There are two methods to log in:
Client Area Homepage
Click Manage in the 360 Monitoring panel on the Client Area Homepage:
Product Details Page
In the Client Area:
1. Go to Services > My Services.
2. Click on the 360 Monitoring product in the list:
3. Click Log in to Dashboard.
