Important Service Announcement for SiteLock VPN – Notice to Active Resellers April 4th, 2022
We are writing to inform you that SiteLock has made the decision to discontinue their Virtual Private Network (VPN) solution which you are or have been actively reselling via WHMCS MarketConnect. This decision is part of a broader restructuring of the SiteLock business, and they have no plans to offer a replacement service.
The SiteLock VPN products will no longer be available to buy or renew as of May 31st, 2022. Existing subscriptions activated or renewed prior to this date will remain active and available to use for the remainder of their subscription term.
At WHMCS, we are actively working to find a replacement VPN service provider which can be made available via MarketConnect and will follow up with further details if a viable alternative can be found.
Ensuring you are well prepared and supported during this transition is our top priority, and we are committed to providing the highest level of customer care and support.

Thank you for your business.

OX App Suite - Discontinued Support for Transport Layer Security (TLS) v1.0 and v1.1
OX App Suite have announced that support for Transport Layer Security (TLS) v1.0 and v1.1 for IMAP, POP3 and Submission will be discontinued on April 28th, 2022.
TLS protocol versions v1.0 and v1.1 contain design flaws could render them insecure for daily use. Major software and service vendors like Microsoft, Google, Apple and the Mozilla Foundation are in the process or have already disabled those protocols in their client and server products.
OX do not expect the change to have a big impact, however end-users using outdated native email clients which don't support newer TLS protocol versions will be unable to receive or send mails from their client application after this date.
A non-exhaustive list of mail clients which don’t support TLS v1.2 or later:
- Outlook® 2007.
- Outlook® 2010.
- Apple® Mail on MacOS 10.8 and earlier.
- Windows® 7.
Access via webmail will continue working normally.
Affected end-users need to switch to another mail client solution supporting modern security standards.
