Refund Periods
Canceling an order or terminating a service within your WHMCS installation will automatically submit a cancellation to the WHMCS Marketplace.
- If the item that you cancel is within the refund grace period, the system will automatically credit the full cost to your Marketplace balance.
- After the refund grace period, you can still cancel a service but you will not receive a credit.

The length of the refund grace period depends on the service's service provider:
